The weather's still warm... very, very warm.
And then Blogger won't let me in.
And now my digital camera is acting up. These are the only 2 pictures worth posting. All others are blurred and gone in the trash.

The week that was

A blistering hot week, normally associated with the Chinese New Year. Come rain or shine, the cakes must be made. Here's what I made this week.

Cakes for all ages

Moist chocolate cake with choc buttercream for two 2 year olds. One thing I do know about toddlers is that they like shapes and colours. I hope this is enough attraction to get 20 little fingers into the cake!


I supply cakes to a certain organization that has only X amount to spend on each employee's birthday. These are not too bad looking with a limited budget, I suppose. Trouble is, I have only so many recipes that fall into that specific budget, including delivery.
