Only a few orders came along the last couple of weeks. Not that I'm complaining; it must be the hottest season yet! I made all these using good old fashioned brute power before I borrowed a hand held mixer from my kind SIL.

Someone just wanted a good 'ol carrot cake to enjoy. I like it this way too... no fuss and no extra calories!

Sorry for not sending you any feedback earlier as i was busy travelling. Anyway your cupccakes was superb n sooo delicious..we love it to bits. At first we were reluctant to eat them as they look sooo beautiful. Thank you very much for making our anniversary such a "sweet" event. will definately put in more orders in the near future. Thanks
